Using the included batter spreader, you can spread the batter evenly across the baking plate to achieve authentic, paper-thin crêpes. The included crêpe turner helps you flip them. The temperature is adjusted via a stepless control; in addition, the indicator lights show whether the appliance is connected to the mains and when it is ready for use. Cleaning is incredibly simple: just wipe the cooled plate with a damp cloth. Then wind the cable back up and plug it into the storage compartment.
