Delivery information

We want you to receive your order as quickly and easily as possible. Here are our delivery details:

Standard parcel delivery to Germany (excluding islands):

Post parcel delivery: €4
Parcel delivery via DHL or DPD: €6.50
DPD Express: €12

(Additional surcharges apply for deliveries to German islands.) The customer is responsible for the delivery costs.

Free delivery on orders over €19.92:

Shipping costs are waived for orders totalling 19.92 EUR or more. For express and island deliveries, the difference compared to standard shipping will be charged.

Delivery time:

Standard delivery via DPD/DHL: 2–3 working days
DPD Express (orders placed Mon–Thu by 13:00, Fri by 11:30: delivery within 1 working day)
Post parcel deliveries: 5 working days
