Returns and Cancellation Policy

Dear Customer,
thank you very much for your order. By purchasing a Cloer product, you have chosen a high-quality product that meets the very latest development standards in terms of technology and functionality.
Should you be dissatisfied with your product or should it be faulty:

2. Please have the serial number (found on a barcode underneath the product) and, if applicable, your customer number (STK) to hand.


Warranty

Warranty claims for our products can only be made within a maximum period of two years from the date of purchase.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team (see above).

Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (
other than the carrier), took possession of the goods. 
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or by telephone using the contact details above). You may also use the model withdrawal form provided below, although this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.


Returns

1. Our customer service team will email you a returns label as part of your warranty claim or your right of withdrawal. Returns are free of charge when using this returns label.
2. Please place the items back in the parcel, complete and in their original packaging, and use an outer box.
3. Affix the return label and hand the parcel in at Deutsche Post.

Please never send a parcel carriage forward. Such parcels will not be delivered by the courier service but will be returned to you at your expense. 


Model Withdrawal Form

Dear Customer,
to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we provide a sample withdrawal form for you to download. However, you are not obliged to use this; you may also withdraw from your purchase by sending a clear statement via email, letter or telephone call.
