Im Teemuseum Norden zeigten Siegfried Klock und Ralf de Vries, wie das Backen der traditionellen Neujahrskuchen mit moderner Technik gelingt.
Am Wochenende des 7. und 8. Dezember 2024 zeigten die Mitglieder der Facebook-Gruppe „wi sünd Oostfreesen un dat mit Stolt“, was wahre Gemeinschaft bedeutet. Mit Herzblut, Hingabe und einer ordentlichen Portion ostfriesischer Tradition haben sie an zwei Tagen Neujahrskuchen gebacken – und das für einen wirklich guten Zweck.
