New Year's cake iron Cloer-285EF

The Cloer-285EF New Year’s cake mould is a modern reinterpretation of the 1980s classic. With a power output of 800 watts, it can quickly and evenly brown wafer-thin New Year’s cakes with a diameter of 15 cm. The East Frisian coat of arms is engraved on the lower baking plate and the classic crescent pattern on the upper baking plate, so that your New Year’s cakes feature the coat of arms on one side and the classic pattern on the other. Furthermore, the baking plates are particularly heavy, ensuring that the batter spreads evenly and becomes nice and thin. The appliance features a non-stick coating, so there is no need to grease the baking surfaces. The grease-collection tray ensures that excess fat collects on the lower baking plate, making the appliance easy to clean.
