The Stöckel Ice Cream Scoop Model A is made from food-grade aluminium and is designed for scooping ice cream. The handle contains a heat-conducting liquid that absorbs the heat from your hand and transfers it to the bowl. This makes it easier to shape the ice cream. The dipper operates without a mechanical trigger and allows for direct portioning. When used in conjunction with the Cloer 9959 ice cream maker, the ice cream dipper is particularly suitable for serving homemade ice cream or sorbet.
