The Stöckel Model B ice cream scoop combines aluminium with a heat-conducting handle and an additional non-stick coating. This makes it easier to scoop out portions of ice cream and remove them from the tub.
The Stöckel ice cream scoop, model B, is made from food-grade aluminium and features a heat-conducting liquid in the handle that transfers the warmth of your hand. This makes it easier to scoop even firm ice cream with less effort. In addition, the bowl has a non-stick coating, so the scoop comes away from the scoop more easily. The ice cream scoop is suitable for use at home or in combination with the Cloer 9959 ice cream maker to serve homemade ice cream straight away.
