• Ice cream maker for the 7001 food processor • Stainless steel bowl
• Lid with integrated mixing paddle
• Capacity: 1.4 litres
• Recommended mixing speed: 2
• Equipment required: coarse salt and ice cubes
• Add ice cubes and salt as needed to maintain the temperature • Ingredients should be used ice-cold • Chill/freeze the stainless steel bowl before starting • Only stir in dry ingredients such as grated zest, crumble, chocolate or cookie dough at the end.
• Stir the ice cream mixture until it begins to freeze, then place in the freezer or enjoy immediately.
