The die-cast aluminium grill plate features one smooth side and one divided side with a smooth and a ribbed grilling area. It can be used on either side, depending on your needs. The non-stick coating ensures not only healthy grilling without added fats, but also easy cleaning. The grill plate sits directly on the heating element.
