As a registered loyal customer, you enjoy the benefit of the manufacturer’s warranty – regardless of where you bought your product.

Prerequisite

  • Registration of your Cloer product using its serial number
  • Upload your warranty certificate 

Automatic registration

  • Online shop: When you buy from the Cloer® online shop, products are automatically registered as soon as you have activated your regular customer account
  • Cloer® FACTORY OUTLET: Simply enter your email address or mobile number at checkout – your products will be automatically linked to your loyalty account.

Silver Loyalty Status

As a Silver Loyalty Programme member, you’ll enjoy exclusive benefits in the online shop – you’ll see special offers and promotions directly in the shop or receive them by email. Let us surprise you!

Becoming a Silver member is quite simple:

  • At least 3 fully registered products with a warranty certificate
  • Products must not be more than 10 years old
  • You need a login with an active email address AND mobile number
  • Your permission for us to contact you and, of course, your consent to the Privacy Policy (GDPR)

Your Silver status remains active as long as at least one registered product is less than 10 years old!

Gold Loyalty Status

If you also publish active reviews of products or recipes, you’ll achieve Gold status – and secure even more exclusive benefits.

Here’s how to achieve Gold status:

  • Log in

  • Register your products

  • Write reviews of products or recipes

Reviews in which you share your experiences with your products and recipes help us and other customers.
