This cream of tartar baking powder contains natural cream of tartar as an acidifier instead of the phosphates usually found in baking powders.
The delicate, mildly tart flavour of cream of tartar gives all baked goods a pleasant taste.
The baking properties of this baking powder are excellent and it is suitable for all types of dough, particularly heavy doughs that cannot be leavened with yeast.
